THIS EXCLUDES WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS.  

THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE THE “SHIPPING” TIMEFRAME FROM THE CARRIER. 

ONCE THE PACKAGE SHIPS, IT’S IN THE HANDS OF THE CARRIER AND FYTONIX HAS NO CONTROL OR RESPONSIBILITY OF IT.

FYTONIX IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LATE, MISSING, LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES.  
THE CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR FILING CLAIMS DIRECTLY WITH THE CARRIER FOR ANY REASON.  CONTACT THE CARRIER WITH ANY ISSUES YOU MAY HAVE.
